Clive’s Choice – January
Blackberry Jam
January is cold, the days are short, and homes work a bit harder this time of year.
This month, Clive’s Choice is our Blackberry Jam. Made with ripe blackberries, it’s rich and full-flavoured, bringing a sense of comfort to the table when the weather keeps us indoors.
It’s a jam that suits winter well — spread on warm toast, stirred through porridge, or baked into simple puddings that fill the kitchen with warmth. Familiar, dependable and made with care, it’s the kind of jar you reach for again and again.
When it’s cold outside, it’s good to have something simple and comforting at home.
